Provender International Corporation, The Specialty Foods Experts

As a Vice President of Marketing in the luxury markets, e.g., Yves St. Laurent, Nicola traveled around the world, giving her exposure to various cuisines. Nicola can attest to the fact that traveling and eating worldwide gives one a most demanding pallet. After opening a World Trade Center office in New York for an Italian, French and German shipping company, Joe Lombardi did extensive traveling, including lots of eating, in Europe, Mexico, Brazil, and the U.S. After their frequent trips, Nicola and Joe continue to duplicate the cuisines and recipes they have enjoyed overseas. Cooking became and continues to be Joe's passion.

In 1988, Nicola and Joe formed an importing company, Provender International, importing the most delicious products from Italy, France, and England. Their products have won awards from their peers at various trade shows. Is there a cookbook-to-be in the near future from their headquarters in East Hampton, New York?
