Guest No.1 : Dwain Wall
Dwain Wall is the new SVP, Agency&Trade Relations for CLIA
( CRUISE LINES INTERNATIONAL ASSN., www.cruising.org ).
Previously he served as VP&GM for World Travel Holdings/
CruiseOne and Cruises, Inc., the nations largest home-based
cruise and vacation franchise. He also served in a variety of
positions with the CARLSON Companies, one of the world's largest
travel service companies. Dwain is a member of IFA, PATH and
TMR, three of the travel industry leading trade organizations.
Guest No.2: Brenda Sprague
Brenda Sprague is the Deputy Asst.Secretary, Passport Services,
Bureau of Consular Affairs, U.S. State Dept. in Wash.,D.C.,
( SpragueBS@state.gov ), with a staff of over 3,000 in 28
offices in the U.S. She served previously as Director,
Office of Language Services, after her tenure as Director,in the
State Dept.'s Bureau of Diplomatic Security. Previous to joining
the Foreign Service in 1973 she also served in the offices of the
Consul General in Seville,Spain, and Jerusalem.
Guest No.3: James Shillinglaw
James Shillinglaw is Editor-in-Chief/ Editorial Director for
TRAVALLIANCE ( www.travAlliancemedia.com ), a travel media
enterprise that supports three major travel industry publications,
Vacation Agent, Agent&Home and Travel Pulse Daily, with a total
combined reach of over 125,000 travel agents. Previous to this he
was Editor-in-Chief of Travel Agent, one of the leading magazines
in the travel agency field. He also held posts at Knight-Ridder
Financial News Service and was the Editor of PR WEEK in NY.
