Wendy Bosalavage, President
American Leisure

Wendy Bosalavage is the President of American Leisure, a fitness, lifestyle and spa management/consulting organization. She has over twenty years of experience in the lifestyle industry, including fitness, spa and wellness. Wendy's hands on approach has been instrumental in assuring that American Leisure's clients goals are met with success in the areas of staff recruitment, development, training, sales, marketing, operations, branding, and customer service.

Wendy is a founding member of the Medical Spa Society, and is the immediate past president of The Day Spa Association. She is also a corporate director of the Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa and Day Spa located in California.

Wendy is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

Phyllis Stoller, Spa Marketer
Ixtapan Spa Hotel and Golf Resort

Phyllis Stoller has studied, lived and traveled overseas most of her life. She has written extensively about travel and finance: from destinations to trends. Her experience with spa travel, prompted her to publish for The New York Times, Tips for Your First Spa Visit, as she learned how intimidating spa travel can be for the non spandex newcomer. She has experienced spas both in the United States and abroad. She was voted top in women's travel by Travel & Leisure Magazine.

Phyllis started a small tour operator for women in 1992, grew it and its newsletter into the leader in its field. Her articles based on personal and clients' travels have appeared in Travel & Leisure, many corporate newsletters, and travel magazines. She has appeared on The Today Show, CNN and Lifetime for Women. She sold both her newsletter and business in 2006 and currently is in charge of marketing for several spa and spa related companies, including Ixtapan Spa Hotel and Golf Resort in Mexico at Booth which will be at the New York Times Travel Show at number 450.

Phyllis believes spa travel is more significant than ever as the economy retracts and female employees over 40 need to look, act and deliver their best.

Lynn McNees, President
International SPA Association

Lynne McNees is the president of the International SPA Association. Since November 1997, McNees has managed the operations of the organization representing spas and product companies around the globe.
